Without limiting any of the foregoing, an Entry cannot be a parody or derogatory. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to reject, modify, edit or remove any Entry and judge it void or disqualify it and the entrant at any time, without notice to the entrant, if Sponsor deems, in its sole and absolute discretion, that the Entry is inconsistent with these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify a person if he/she enters the Contest or tries to do so by any means contrary to these Official Rules or that would be unfair to other entrants or by generating an Entry by any mechanical or automated means. Entries that have been tampered with, reproduced, falsified, or altered are void. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, an Entry will be deemed to be made by the name on the online nomination form.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY USED IN ENTRIES: You may submit up to 10 digital photos per Entry in any of the following formats: gif, jpeg, or png with a maximum photo size of 10 megabytes. You may submit up to two (2) videos per Entry. People depicted in the photos should refrain from wearing any clothing items bearing logos (including business, designer or sports logos), or bearing the name or likeness of any celebrity, whether living or dead. An Entry should not depict any sign, trademark, symbol or work of art. Any photo and/or video submitted with an Entry will be deemed to be a part of that Entry, and may be used in advertising or promotions created by any of the Sponsor and its affiliates, and any of their respective agents and designees (collectively, the "Broadcast Party") in any form of media to promote this Contest and/or similar future contests.

BY SUBMITTING A PHOTO OR VIDEO WITH YOUR ENTRY, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT:

Sponsor reserves the right to reject or disqualify any Entry that Sponsor deems, in its sole and absolute discretion, to be not in keeping with the policies, goals and/or guiding principles of the Contest, or that Sponsor learns has been previously published, entered into another Contest, or won any other prize or award. Sponsor further reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to edit any Entry, to blur out any trademarks or to remove any copyrighted content.

ASSIGNMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY: All Entries shall become the property of Sponsor and shall not be returned to entrants. Sponsor shall have the right to edit or modify Entries for any use in perpetuity.

By entering this Contest, each entrant:

BY ENTERING, EACH ENTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT SUBMITTING A PHOTOGRAPH AND/OR VIDEO ONLINE BRINGS THE ENTRY WITHIN THE PUBLIC VIEW AND, AS SUCH, THE ENTRANT WAIVES ANY CLAIMS AGAINST THE BROADCAST PARTY AND INDEMNIFIES AND HOLDS THE RELEASED PARTIES HARMLESS AGAINST ANY THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES OR INJURY ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE RELEASED PARTIES FOR ANY COPYING, RE-POSTING OR UNLAWFUL USE OF THE SUBMITTED PHOTOGRAPH OR THAT MAY RESULT.

ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in the Province or Territory in which they reside as of the Contest start date.

ENTRANT'S CONTINUING OBLIGATIONS: By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to:

An entrant's failure to perform any of the above obligations in a timely fashion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, shall result in the disqualification of the entrant's Entry.

WINNER SELECTION: There will be one (1) round of selection by the Sponsor to select 3 Community Projects from amongst all the eligible entries, followed by one (1) round of voting, open to legal residents of Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) 13 years of age and older.

POTENTIAL WINNER SELECTION: First Round Selection: All eligible Entries will be evaluated by a voting process (“Judging Panel”) comprised of representatives of the Sponsor, as selected by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Judging will be based on the judging criteria outlined below and on what the Judging Panel finds to be the most compelling Entry, of all qualifying Entries. The Judging Panel shall consider the following criteria, which shall be weighed and balanced as determined by the Judging Panel, in its sole and absolute discretion:

Judging will take place between July 11th, 2016 and July 14th, 2016 in Mississauga, Ontario from all of the eligible Entries received on or before the Entry Closing Date, and which have not been disqualified in accordance with these Official Rules. From all eligible Entries received, the Judging Panel will select three (3) Entries (collectively, the “Top 3”). The Top 3 will be announced on July 15th, 2016, on the Contest Website.

GRAND PRIZE WINNER:
Second Round Voting: After the Top 3 have been announced, legal residents of Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) 13 years of age and older can begin voting on the Contest Website for their favourite of the Top 3 Entries that they feel best embodies the spirit of the Contest, for a period beginning on July 15th, 2016 at 9:00 AM EST and closing on July 31st, 2016 at 11:59 PM EST (“Voting Period”). The one (1) Entry that receives the most votes during Voting Period, and which has not been disqualified, will be determined as the winner (the "Winning Entry").

An Entry may be disqualified during the Voting Period, in which event it shall be removed from, or not added to, the Contest Website, and the Sponsor may determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, to:

ELIGIBLE VOTES: At its sole and absolute discretion, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any vote deemed to be fraudulent, in violation of these Official Rules, or which would be unfair to other entrants or that would otherwise undermine the integrity of this Contest. Votes that have been tampered with, reproduced, falsified, or altered are void. Voting is limited to one vote per email address per day.

Use of mechanical or automated programs to submit votes or voting by any means contrary to these Official Rules or which would be unfair to other entrants may result in the disqualification of those votes and/or the entrant, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.

Entrants are prohibited from obtaining votes by any fraudulent or inappropriate means, including directly or indirectly offering prizes or other incentives to members of the public. Sponsor reserves the right to request proof (in a form acceptable to Sponsor – including, without limitation, government-issued photo identification) for any votes entered, or purportedly entered, to be considered valid for the purposes of this Contest. Where requested, failure to provide such proof to the satisfaction of the Sponsor may result in disqualification of votes.

If it is discovered that attempts were made to:

TABULATION OF VOTES: Votes for each Entry shall be calculated electronically based on the number of votes submitted for each Entry on the Contest website, adjusted as applicable to deduct ineligible votes. In the event of a tie, tied Entries will be re-judged by the Judging Panel to select a potential winner from the tied Entries. Before being declared a Winner, all selected potentially winning entrants will be required to sign a standard declaration and release form confirming compliance with these Official Rules and acceptance of the prize as awarded. The selected potentially winning entrants will be notified by email, using the email address submitted with the Entry, no later than 24 hours after the announcement. If a potentially winning entrant cannot be contacted within three (3) days after the announcement, the potentially winning entrant will be disqualified, and at Sponsor’ sole and absolute discretion, another Top 3 Entry may be selected. The Broadcast Party reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to phone, email or visit any of the nominated communities and record interviews, appearances, and promotional and publicity activities. Contact from the Broadcast Party in this regard does not in any way guarantee any entrant as a potential prize winner.
